Copenhagen, Denmark. March, 2008. CMC Biopharmaceutical A/S is changing its name to CMC Biologics A/S with immediate effect. There are no other changes. We continue to operate from the same address in Copenhagen and e-mail addresses and contact numbers have not changed.
This name change follows on from our recent acquisition of the former ICOS Biologics facility in Seattle, WA, USA. The purchase of the Seattle facility, now called CMC ICOS Biologics Inc., is part of our long term strategy to provide additional services to our clients in Europe and the USA.
