• In March 2008, CMC Biopharmaceutical A/S changed its name
  to CMC Biologics A/S. The name change followed on the acquisition of the former ICOS Biologics facility in Seattle, now called CMC ICOS Biologics Inc.

• In February 2008, CMC announced a further successful financing round, the proceeds of which will be used to further develop the Seattle facility.

• In December 2007, the company acquired the former
  ICOS Biologics facility in Seattle, USA.
